Aggressive 1 yr old pit/black lab

My 1yr old pit/lab mix is starting to get very aggressive with certain family memberso and other people not only in my house but at my mother's house also. She has lived at both locations in her life. It is weird that if we have a party and she is outside she has no aggression unless it's a minority (in sorry I don't know why I do have family that is minority and she lowes them. I just can't figure out why she growls at my mother in law now my dog loved her when we first moved into our home but now the dog growls and acts differently when my mother in law comes over. What can I do to get her to trust other people again and not have to worry about my dog possibly hurting someone of my family or their friends.

Nothing In Life Is Free

Employ the "Nothing In Life Is Free" approach, so that your dog starts to view you as the "pack leader." If your dog doesn't see you as the leader, then your corrections will be meaningless. So, if you're doing subtle things (inadvertently) to undermine your leadership role around the house-- it will be counter-productive.
