Aggressive 5 year old female Yorkie

We have two dogs. The 5 year old Yorkie. A 7 year old Shitzon. Now this Yorkie can be a real pain in the neck. She is very aggressive to the Shitzon.. She has a lot of babies (Toys) and if he happens to get near them. She growls and goes after him like she is going to bite him. She never had. Yet but we are worried she may. Also separation Lord have Mercy she goes crazy when we leave. Barks like crazy at visitors. Has tried to nip at ppl when they leave.
What can I do with this cute little mean girl.

Nothing In Life Is Free

Employ the "Nothing In Life Is Free" approach, so that your dog starts to view you as the "pack leader." If your dog doesn't see you as the leader, then your corrections will be meaningless.
