Aggressive brindle pit

(Charleroi pa usa)

Hi,we was looking for a puppy for our daughter for a very long time. Finally we found one on craigslist. She is a 7 1/2 week old brindle pit. The guy we got her from was really wanting to get rid of her. He dropped the price from $250.00 down to $65.00 we hesitated at first but when he sent us her pictures we couldn't help ourselves. We have had her for over a week and she does not listen most of the time, she bites alot when she plays. When we walk she bites our feet. I have heard her growl a couple times now. We really love her abd dnt want to have to find her a different home but with our 4 year old we dont want her around if shes going to be mean. And to top it all off she was good at going outside at first now she pees n poops where ever she wants. Please help me figure out if she is going to be mean or if shes being just a puppy. This is my first pitbull puppy.

Nothing In Life Is Free

Nothing In Life Is Free

Employ the "Nothing In Life Is Free" approach, so that your dog starts to view you as the "pack leader." If your dog doesn't see you as the leader, then your corrections will be meaningless. So, if you're doing subtle things (inadvertently) to undermine your leadership role around the house-- it will be counter-productive.
