Aggressive German Pointer

i have a five year old German pointer and pit bull mix. also, i have a two year old beagle and Maltese mix. when we first brought the the beagle home they did not get along. but after a couple months they haven been for over a year. lately every time the German pointer gets near her she tries to attack her. the vet told us that we did to get rid of her, but that is not option. what should we do?

Nothing In Life Is Free

Employ the "Nothing In Life Is Free" approach, so that your dog starts to view you as the "pack leader." If your dog doesn't see you as the leader, then your corrections will be meaningless. So, if you're doing subtle things (inadvertently) to undermine your leadership role around the house-- it will be counter-productive.
