aggressive small jack russell.

My brothers terrier who is 2yrs,is very aggressive towards people and other dogs,he has actually bitten someone (a friend of ours),trying to get to their dog. We own a caravan site,so this is becoming quite a problem. He is not like it with our dog ,she is a jack Russell,she tells him. We have brought him a mussel which we put on him when he is walked outside our site.he also barks at cars,bikes anything really that goes past. Would be grateful for some advice,please.

Employ the "Nothing In Life Is Free" approach, so that your dog starts to view you as the "pack leader." If your dog doesn't see you as the leader, then your corrections will be meaningless. So, if you're doing subtle things (inadvertently) to undermine your leadership role around the house-- it will be counter-productive.
